Ah. Did not know. At any rate, I love that Rittenhouse is getting his day in court and not only is he being exonerated but but the prosecution is being shown as the lying team of criminals that they certainly are.

Or just dismiss the charges with prejudice (that's possible at this point, yes? I really don't know). A mistrial would leave Kyle open to being dragged through all this again.
