In the USA this is a crime. They can't pass an inspection and will lose accreditation for exam rooms in this condition.

OP should look into local laws for similar inspection requirements.

Just leave. I love my fellow citizens and the constitution - they just don’t follow the constitution anymore nor do they live for the citizens.

If you split the medical system and have no insurance etc you can still find care and pay for it on reasonable terms.
