Thanks, I’ll look into it. I got lucky really, it’s a minor tear, there is little pain, I just can’t fully bend my knee without a risk of it happening again/tearing more. I’ve also thought about some supplements to help (lube) up the joint. Have a terrific day. Happy Veterans Day BTW
