He's also said re: this pandemic: "Wait until the next one." Like most of these people, such as BO w. his "sit and rule from his basement" "fantasy" they need to pre-signal their plans so their quotes are later entered into history and while they may be denounced as evil (which they could care less about) but they are remembered in history as the grand genius architects of worldwide (Biblical) catastorphe they think they are.
