I honestly hope that we'll end up with 3d printers that take cell samples from live animals and turn them into proper meat.

Would be nice to be able to keep cows and other animals as pets without having to kill them to eat a delicious steak.

It will happen, I just hope it will happen soon enough and without globohomo.
