well, to be fair, if any were decent human beings, they would not recommend charges on cases where they had an inkling the defendant was not guilty. instead, they manufacture evidence, use evidence they no is false and hide evidence that would lead to an acquittal. but over and over again, we see these public servants abuse the legal process and the constitution all for the betterment of their conviction rate.
Back when I was in journalism school we were taught the laws of reporting were ‘who, what, where, when, and how’. The reporter’s opinions should never be injected into a story. If you’re an opinion writer, that’s fine.
