I'm a bit confused, what's a swing map? Also, why is Utah so freaking blue. Like, there's no way that's accurate.

County swing from 2012 to 2016. Utah is more blue cause Romney won the state in 2012. It moved super far to the left and Trump still won it by a landslide. It also moved to the left cause a RINO Mormon from the CIA ran as an independent and got 21% of the vote.
