Hmm...perhaps your location is what's giving you the problem. Do you have a VPN? If so, try choosing a location within the US. It's really a fascinating video. It would be a shame if you couldn't view it. You get to see all of the dirt that's under the carpet -- and some of it is quite shocking.
On the subject of Jesus...some think his wife was Mary Magdalene. Contrary to what some believe, she was NOT the prostitute or adulteress. You can blame Pope Gregory for this myth (surprise, surprise.)
If you're looking to do some Bible study, allow me to make a couple of recommendations. The first question that always arises is, what translation do I choose? I know a lot of people on the board swear by the King James Version, but it's difficult for the newbie to read and can be off-putting for that reason, plus there are a number of translation errors in it. I, myself, prefer the New International Version (NIV), as it was translated from the original texts and is written in modern-day English that is quite readable. If you're starting out fresh on your quest, you might want to start with the four gospels in the New Testament; Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. If you start with the Old Testament, you can get bogged down pretty quickly -- especially with books like Numbers and who begat whom begat whom, ad nauseum. First, get the basics, then you can start at the beginning and plow through the whole thing.
If you want a little help on your journey, I have the solution. I stumbled across this Bible scholar in a used bookstore. I daresay you may have some luck finding some of his books in your neck of the woods, as they were first published by The Saint Andrew Press in Edinburgh, Scotland in the 1950's and 60's. Even the books I've found here were typeset in Great Britain and printed in the US. The books are in "The Daily Study Bible Series" by William Barclay. It's a series of books that go through the entire New Testament, with a book or two devoted to each of the New Testament books. They are extremely readable and add a lot of information to help paint the picture of what's going on. I have yet to find a better set of commentaries for the average person to read and understand. Everything is broken down into bite-sized chunks, so you can spend a few minutes each day on it without feeling overwhelmed.
As for Enoch, I, too, have become interested in it, although I have yet to dive into it yet...but I most certainly will! Enoch has been popping up quite a bit lately, so I daresay there's something in there that we need to know. Although I've read quite a few of the non-canonical books, Enoch, oddly enough, hasn't been one of them. I did find a copy of it online and have downloaded it for future study.
Funny you should bring up the Canary Islands, because I've been seeing them mentioned quite a bit lately. There's even a Q post that makes mention of both "singing like a canary" and also a Canary palm tree - #1204. I've started reading the link you sent. I'm partway through it, but it's going to take awhile, as it is long. I'll get back to you on this once I'm through it.
Thank you so much for all the recommendations, I'll save the message for reference when I do some exploring.
I've seen Mary Magdalene much maligned by the modern world of literature, all wrong as far as I can see. It's much more likely through the world lens I now use that she was Jesus' wife and that is the reason they attack her.
The Canaries would make a lot of sense if they're significant- singing like a canary, the canary palm as references, also an old saying of the 'canary in the mine'- the first warning you get that things are about to go belly up. Dasting.
Had a look at the MK Ultra site too- another yuge wabbit hole. I think you're right on the names and when it's mentioned about name changes- that resonates too.
Saw an odd one recently I think- Kate Middleton prefers to be called Catherine, but her public name is always given as Kate. When William was a bit younger, his name on documents (for purposes of forces enrollment, school etc) was always given as William Wales. She the handler?
There's other examples of repeating/MK names e.g. John Michael Ozzy Osbourne, Kylie Minogue (also a one-namer KYLIE), Eminem (M + M), Modest Mouse aaand I'm out. Oh, maybe ABBA, dunno.
I'll keep looking for an alternative on the Vatican video, I'd like to see that, I guess it's location, I'm a dimwit when it comes to that sort of thing.
