Ever heard of MK-Ultra? Many of the people who went through these "programs" (which use the same methods) are in the public milieu today. Something to consider. Carry on.

Even if it did end, they didn't just shitcan what they learned, and we know what they learned. To imagine it's not being used is idiotic. I guarantee there is an army of robots walking around right now ready to execute their programming. Some are more autonomous than others, but they are no less robots.
