I have found the “how” is gently with good quality easy-to-consume content in media formats they recognise (documentaries, podcasts etc). Later they may wish to do hard-nosed reading and research if they are so inclined and capable. Ultimately we are preparing them for disclosure, which will shock even many already awakened.
