I saw that video, it's a woman telling the story of how she met her girlfriend and had sex with her the first time. The thumbnail is supposed to be a bit shocking. Also, neither of them are young, they're both in their 20s.

If you do that it definitely gives you a collection of super creepy videos. I didn't click on any of the videos - but the thumbnail results I got included what looked like executions, beheadings, torture, snuff porn. It's really scary.
