No date on this, found it when I was reading up on smallpox after reading another post.
The document is a Scottish healthcare service document, if the link works in your country it’s a legitimate U.K. govt site.
What are they prepping for?

This site was published in 2003.
Yeah back in the early 2000s there were envelopes of white powder being sent to select people and it was suspected smallpox virus.
