Watching this whole case really makes me never want to shoot someone ever.... this is how they take away our rights... and I know very little about this, but I did just realize this is THE FUCKING STATE coming after an American citizen for exercising VERY clearly his right to defend himself.

Lemon is such a turn-off - smarmy git.
This judge is throwing this thing - mark my words. He's already done at least 5 different things that will be the basis of an appeal. This case was WON by the prosecutor's own witnesses! If he would have keep his mouth shut, his tie at home, his phone off, Kyle would be free. Now he's going to be in court for years more.
I have to say I am starting to be concerned about those things as well.
I understand that you are worried about Kyle but I suggest you watch Nick Rekeitas panel of lawyers go over this stuff before you start blackpilling about the judge, out of like 6 lawyers none of them have been worried about this judges behavior. They would know much better than any layman what kind of attitude will lead to a bad outcome for Kyle. They have all been extremely pleased with how the case is going.
The worst this judges actions are doing are getting a bunch of lefties mad, which is meaningless inside that courtroom.

That's very reassuring, thanks. Guess we are all anxious and stressed - nothing is quite as it seems nowadays, so we are cautious.
My prayers go out to anyone whos stuck in some liberal hellhole and has the mob looming over their home based on the results of this case, but my comment was only referring to Kyles situation, thats why I said means nothing in that courtroom.
It is terrible that a judge just being fair and calling out a ridiculous prosecuter is priming the lefties to start rioting, but I fear regardless of how this case goes if Kyle is aquitted there will be rioting anyway.
A little warning that I would have to watch Don Lemon for an instance before I could close it would have been the kind thing to do.

This judge does not like nor respect the prosecutors. He knows what smarmy tricks they have used. It is quite obvious. So unless that is all an act, which I don't believe it is, Kyle is going to come out of this ok.
