The judge has given the prosecution literally everything they asked for, even after saying blatantly he doesn't believe them.

The defense hasn't bothered to object to anything.

Anyone watching can see this.

The prosecution has been given full power to polish a nugget of shit and sell it to the queen as a ruby.

This guy is in another world thinking the prosecution is being hounded by the judge's rulings.

I suspect that they may try to use those types of tactics in closing statements.

Think about it, they can effectively argue that the prosecution had made the case and the star witness showed that Kyle acted in self-defense, and once they realized it they used every dirty trick to try to make him look like he did anything wrong...

I'm no lawyer though.
