I know John Hinckley went to middle school in Highland Park, TX. I found his picture in an old yearbook as I worked in the library for class credit for a semester many years ago. I know the bush clan is from TX. Hinckley seems like an MK Ultra asset, right up Bush Sr's alley.

The Bush's are from TX, just another coincidence?

I believe it, OPs link talks about it. The fact that Hinckley becomes a free man after shooting POTUS, means he has friends in high places.
