Do you think that Biden's OSHA COVID vaccine requirement mandate for large businesses will get struck down in the supreme court?

I haven't heard any updates on this issue in the courts and am wondering if the supreme court is likely to strike this OSHA mandate down or is it too corrupt?

This Supreme Court literally turned obamacare penalties into a tax, if I remember correctly. And that was before Scalia died.
