I'm guessing this is a way to post the truth without getting banned because the scanners can't decipher the words in your post due to all of the background distraction.

Yeah it adds a graphic overly to disguise text/pictures so the AI on places like facebook cant read it. Works good for posting links that are banned by Social media.
