For the WH, I believe that they have done some unsavory things in order to get this miscarriage of Justice sorted out.

The question is: How far will they go? What resources/methods will they use to take down our enemies?

I know that their are different factions in the ds right now.

Evil has been on Earth for centuries. There's no way it would've been destroyed in a painless matter. If the deaths of millions needed to happen to save billions, will the WHs have accepted that decision?
