Exactly, he only got the answer he wanted at the end by saying a "healthy" Caucasian. The guy said that a high BMI would be a qualifying factor. My cousin is Hispanic with type 1 diabetes so she got it right away. High risk factors make sense.

The issue though is that some comments here claim it is not in shortage and is not used enough, so given that, they shouldn't prioritize at all and give it to whoever needs it.
