Please, God, don't let her die to their poison.
They wouldn't give her fluids for 1.5 hours. She was admitted at 8:00pm and they didn't start an IV until 9:30pm. I think it was because I was there, and they wanted to make sure she was delirious so they could get rid of me. They kept creepily saying "she can make her own medical decisions for herself."
I think they are trying to kill her.
Please pray for her!
Prayed. But sleepydude, you have every right to be there and if she IS delirious or out of it, you should step up and tell them in no uncertain terms that YOU will be making those decisions for her. I know you are a believer. I have asked God to bring her healing, to give you peace and to give you a spirit of courage so you can do what you need to do. God didn't make us shrinking violets. I know you want HIS will to be done, and it will be. But if His will is for you to take on a hospital or doctors that you don't feel comfortable confronting, then remember, He will give you the strength to do it.
And consider what others have suggested -- to perhaps contact a lawyer immediately. If you don't have a family lawyer and don't know who to call, perhaps try attorney Thomas Renz. Or check with the AFLDoctors website for suggestions. But get someone involved because hospitals hate attorneys.
I hope 20-gauge sees this. If she does, she will post her list of resources. That may help you as well. I'll DM her and ask her to post it here. God bless you and your mother. We will be praying for you both. Peace.
