I disagree, it is more than simply a notarized witness. It is a sworn statement under oath establishing a set of facts.
Think about it this way. What if you are double jabbed but lost your vaccine card. What are you supposed to do? Get jabbed again? A person in that situation would absolutely be able to file an affidavit attesting to the truth of those facts and I can't see how an employer would have any legal grounds to terminate them. You were fired not because you were out of compliance with the companies mandate but because you lost your vaccine card? That would put a company on shaky legal ground in my opinion.

To be clear, I'm not saying this will get you an exemption or override the mandate. I'm saying it's a catch-22 where you can lie about your vaccine status and can't be challenged on it, and anyone who tried could (probably) be sued under a variety of legal theories.
I think this is a cowardly way to try to keep your job, but I think it might be a great way to set a company up for a lawsuit, and I think it's time to get very aggressive with any private entity who tries to enforce the Mark of the Beast. We are in a 4th generational war, and any trick or tactic we can use to damage our opponents or their minions should be employed.
You are confirming my case. This is exactly what a public notary does and why they must be registered and certified by the State. Notary public are found in the courts for this same reason.
It's already on record and one would get a duplicate. An affidavit is not going to carry much weight in this case. You'll still need to get a duplicate.
This type of thinking is (1) dishonest, (2) gives credibility to already unlawful vaccine passports and (3) helps the enemy. One can not cheat and lie their way to freedom. This is despicable behavior. Stand up for your rights and do not collaborate with the beast system.
I think you misunderstand what a notary public does. The notary only witnesses that you signed the affidavit, and that's it. The notary does not, and cannot testify to the facts contained within the affidavit.

So what? Are you saying we should engage with our enemy in good faith? I say we should hit them with cheap, unfair tricks and try to hurt them.
This isn't true if you're trying to hurt people by setting them up for lawsuits.
