At some point the 1st Amendment has to be Force tested in the SCOTUS. It can NOT be abused to tell communist outright Lies with criminal intent of harm. Which is exactly what MSM is doing. MSM is the lead voice in the Liberal/communist Coup against the Constitution and their lies are Treason.
