How would RR tie into this? Local news this weekend highlighted some really fake looking "shoplifting" incidents. First one was a cart full of Red laundry detergent, and another cart with the Green. 2nd heist was TVs. Both involved minivans with "Rusty Rear Wheel Wells". Additionally there were a ton of prominent Ws and 23s tied to the story. Seemed like comms for grand jury stuff. I was thinking Christmas colors, but I suppose it could be related to this. Do the TVs imply that whatever it is will be televised? I'm hoping...

Yes, that's the obvious connection that I came up with as well. But perhaps it's connected with the Queen in terms of signals and timing. Follow the Queen, not Santa.

The only other RR I know is Rolls Royce, but since Rod's name popped up today with respect to Durham, I'd stick with that.
