How is it possible for an illness to violate any of Koch's Postulates and why aren't any other explanations being considered?

When I first got access to the Internet in 1998 (America Online), I soon discovered other people had the same questions I did. I found Dr. Peter Duesberg's website and finally found the alternate AIDS theory I knew had to be out there somewhere. Duesberg discovered the first retrovirus and insisted HIV was a made up disease. He blamed AIDS on homosexuals inhaling amyl nitrate AKA poppers to get instant erections and reduced immunity due to IV drug use. Other than that, he stated HIV was simply a marker for risky behavior and predicted Magic Johnson would be fine as long as he stayed away from AZT.
