I just thought it would be funny to sue the supreme court for being liable for the violation fo the constitutional rights of Americans as well as not hearing a case about electoral fraud.

Any justice of the supreme court can be impeached by the House of Representatives, with the Senate trying the case. A conviction would remove the justice from office. But the court isn't an actor under the law, so they can't be a party to a lawsuit.
Justices can be tried for any violation of law, including treason or malfeasance, regardless of whether they are in office or not.
