I know the queen has a stand in. And that, the stand in is allowed to make appearances,.. But Not allowed to sit directly her bottom on the throne? Thoughts?

the queen is always suppose to wear the full monty a few times a year but that hasnt happened in some time
Lol, I thought the 'full monty' meant going totally naked.
The problem is The Full Monty in royal regalia is quite heavy and has to be worn for an extended period. It is sufficient to ask a frail lady in her nineties to appear in person. It is unfair to demand she exhaust herself with the weight of a crown, robe, train, jewels and other decorations.
Some argue (me) that if she is not fit enough to engage in the occasional fancy dress then she is not fit enough to be fulfil her duties as head of state.
doesnt matter its a REQUIREMENT ANNUALLY before parliment once a year
like the state of the union
