I take horsepaste it makes my quadricep on my right leg ache.

Anyone else get this side effect? It’s almost like a cramp or Charlie Horse. Thought or suggestions are welcome thanks.

Edit: ok it’s a known side effect - joint or muscle pain. It’s no big deal. Will continue with my dosage
