He implied because of the date this EO was signed, that Trump was complicit in knowing about the virus before it became known to the world. I just read the EO through, and it is fairly innocuous. Its purpose is to modernize the response time of influenza vaccines from the egg-model to other technologies which can move faster.
I know Martin is brilliant, but he speaks in absolutes. The world is not black and white. Just because something doesn't fit into an absolute discussion, does not make it a conspiracy. I know he is the type of person we need to dig into the guts of the global crime, but he needs to convey his words with a measure of reason, instead of carpet bombing everything that comes out of his mouth. Yeah, it's bad, but let's focus, too.
BTW, he came across as a lunatic just describing the auto-correction problem with PowerPoint the way it displayed his company's name.
