A friend of mine in BC who has been far left for years but open minded enough to wake herself right up in recent months just shared this with me:

"Right now I am minding a road closure as our highway is closed due to flooding and I have discretion of who I can let up the road so I let BC hydro in but there's a Van here full of vaccines from island health that needs to get up and I'm gonna hold them up. I'm not letting him in😆🤣"
