I still think that photo of Durham is a deep fake. The people in the background have an uncanny valley feeling to them. Do we even know who they are?

It's more likely that Durham is a government operation rather than an individual.

Even the way Trump makes comments about Durham, it doesn't sound like he's talking about a person.
