My mother was just denied her religious exemption "request." She works for a government contractor. They said they want her to choose leave of absence, thinking they are helping her out. Def doesn't sound like a choice to me. Obviously I told her to wait until they de activate her fob and give a clearly worded termination letter. She keeps arguing she's just going to retire under duress instead. Still voluntarily leaving. What can ya do
