The dust cover is open on that weapon, meaning someone racked the slide. Praying it was to check the chamber but this numb nuts prosecutor with his finger on the trigger probably would not have known this.

Was he being paid by the defense? Asking because he practically gave the case to them with his idiot moves and speeches. The only way I see Kyle getting a guilty verdict is if he has a stupid jury.
