Supposedly, if you take a sugar cube and put some 100% gum spirits turpentine on it (the natural turpentine, not the synthetic stuff) it naturally cleans you out really good and kills overgrowth of Candida and other parasites.

I haven't done this yet because supposedly RSO when taken daily does the same thing.
