I’d never heard this before, to my recollection. This would be a good post if you can provide the background to these points. Shining the light on just another part of the festering mess of corruption and deceit that needs to be dismantled - would be a good thing. Nothing surprises most of us here, I would imagine, but it’s an interesting topic nonetheless.
