Think of the real estate up for sale! or estate sales....

Someone posted here on Great Awakening that they're seeing more than the usual number of houses for sale in New England.....

And as AngelCole points out, we'll be the ones left standing - we can command higher salaries. Companies will be begging us to work for them. Perhaps to even replace your dear departed boss....
