It is the Salem Witch Trials all over again using 'indicium aquae'. It was believed that water rejected servants of the devil and that if a suspected person floated and refused to sink when placed in water it was proof of guilt.
This time, it is the unvaxxed that float and are therefore guilty of being servants of the devil. Those who take the vaxxed sink and are rewarded by death by drowning and are therefore innocent.

It then goes on to list the codes to get reimbursement for using Remdesivir. In a way, doctors are being bribed to force a treatment that will fill a person's lungs with fluid and then force the individual to be unable to expel the fluid by placing them on a ventilator. It's basically death by pharmaceutical drowning.
