Yeah, no.

I'd want those guys at least ready to go inside the city limits, if not helping the police onsite outside the courthouse with the crowds there now.

Some fences maybe? Or some plan to help these people over the new few days at their homes? Perhaps have a NG representative there with the Marshalls coordinating security?
