They could have fixed it properly years ago if they wanted.

Lets start from here. Lets do this thought exercise. How would you suggest they fixed it years ago? Who are the enemies? And how would they be defeated? Be as exhaustive as possible, because this is an important step towards getting out of Blackpill.
