I called this a while ago actually. Joe's going to be removed for health reasons, they WILL put KamelToe in the spot. However, it's so the blame can land on someone that is cognitively sound. I think she's realized a while ago that she's been set up to take the fall for this administration ; would explain why she does everything she can to stay out of the light.
