Ryan Drock’s lawsuit was rejected by Palm Beach County Circuit Judge James Nutt in October. Nutt said that he would be setting a dangerous precedent if he were to override a doctor’s recommendation, and encouraged the Drocks to instead negotiate a deal on their own with doctors at the hospital.
Setting a dangerous precedent! No case should be decided based on how it affects precedent, only on the merits of the case.
The judge and the doctor both killed the 47 yo. woman.
So say a doctor prescribe you Ivermectin, Judge rules its illegal and reverses it. Now you have no Ivermectin. Court then rules Remdesivir is only drug allowed for cold like symptoms, Doctors pissed but nothing they can do.
People need to start waking up and knowing that most doctors and hospitals and judges are so corrupt and evil that you need to stay away from them !!!
I don't get this. What about Trump's The Right to Try law or something like that.
This is only for terminally ill patients iirc
Death seems to fit the definition of terminal.
I dislike the judge more than the doctor

See it yet?
Did they really die from C19 when the hospital had everything they needed to potentially save this person?
