For the public this is about seeing traitors hanged, but for the actual "players" this could just be all about gaining and holding power. If they are resigning it's because they believe doing so will keep them from being prosecuted. I hope there is more accountability here than just a turnover of power.
That's what we are all praying for. Make them be accountable for their part in the downfall of America, the release of the virus, the deaths of many people, the lies of propaganda they have told and EVERYTHING. Justice must be served.
