If the State NG owns them then they can keep them, but I'm guessing they shouldn't hold their breath for the Federal support that makes it possible to operate them any meaningful amount or access to newer models as time goes on.
Technically I believe the good people of OK own ALL military equipment/buildings. I might be wrong but if I’m not mistaken, the tax payers bought ALL of it.
