more to suggest they knew they didn't have a case, are actively seeking a mistrial to trigger more mass riots that are currently being funded, staffed, and organized by their corporate owners.

And that was without prejudice, the judge hasn't even read the defense attorney's first one with prejudice yet has he? If the judge grants a mistrial without prejudice than the state can take Kyle back to court again.
