My daughter works for a huge contractor. They put 800 people on the religious exemption on their own. All engineers who were not vaxxing. My daughter is one of them.
One vaxxed chick screamed in the meeting my kid told me demanding all unvaxxed wear mask. The HR head told her she can vax and wear mask all she wants but each individual would choose for themselves.
I shared this with a leader in my company and he had no idea. He goes off of the news and our legal department, which is always a day late and a dollar short.

Check with your company to see what's up about their compliance. They may keep it as a compamy policy.
