Hang in there everyone. I work for a fed contractor that had a plan to terminate unvaxxed on Dec 7th, just got told today it’s being bumped to Jan 18th. Some had decided to get the vax and are now furious they could have waited. Stay strong, many lawsuits in play, but if the time comes i’m walking.
My daughter works for a huge contractor. They put 800 people on the religious exemption on their own. All engineers who were not vaxxing. My daughter is one of them.
One vaxxed chick screamed in the meeting my kid told me demanding all unvaxxed wear mask. The HR head told her she can vax and wear mask all she wants but each individual would choose for themselves.
I shared this with a leader in my company and he had no idea. He goes off of the news and our legal department, which is always a day late and a dollar short.

Check with your company to see what's up about their compliance. They may keep it as a compamy policy.
