Lefties are so bad at memes. The idea of the 'I'm something of an x myself' meme is that you're actually not that thing. The joke is that you're a pale imitation. Like I watch doctor shows. I'll have you know I'm something of a physician myself. By using this in the Kyle situation, the implication is that Kyle is a much better 'vigilante' than the leftists that are coming after him.
