I understand not trusting vax because of the motives of those making them, however the basic idea is from nature.

Families used to intentionally expose the kids to chicken pox, for example, so they could get the immunity.

Normal vax do that by exposing one to a small portion of weakened or dead virus to let the antibodies develop naturally.
