It's so blatently obvious to us and luckilly, thanks to court tv, it all got caught on tape with timestamps. They lied. The truth will come out eventually, the evidence is already circulating. We are talking about it here first, but soon enough you'll hear people like tim pool and crowder bring it up, then fox news, then the law gets involved because it went mainstream and the normies found out.
Oh shit, Tim Pool's first video is of this! The Judge and Defense already know. And saying the Judge wants the prosecution to take the stand to explain themselves.
Because the prosecution crafted a new argument about provocation based on the shady last minute video we are discussing where they claim it shows kyle pointing a gun before the attack and argue that it wasn't self defense if he started it. The video doesn't show shit, it's all a fucking lie, but it's the excuse any activists on the jury can now use to punish Kyle. It's so obvious the way this all went down that this was a setup, dropping this video at the last minute at the end of trial, giving the defense a ridiculously low res version so they couldn't make out anything and didn't bother to object or craft a defense because they were just looking at blobs on a screen, then the big switchero happens when the jury sees the high res version instead while the prosecution attempts to use the power of suggestion to make them see what isn't there. The judge I think knows, but he doens't have the tech lingo and expertise to argue it. It's a massive problem. Shady as fuck how this all went down.

How is this trial still going on? I thought the guy already confessed he pointed a gun at Kyle last Wednesday.
