It did not say that. Try reading it again also theres more info above that might help put it into context.

This is what he said.

"I actually dug into him this week because as I was digging into One Piece I noticed the author’s reaction to 9/11 involved a Beatles song from Abbey road. I didn’t find anything meaningful in that specific connection, but I did find some interesting things about Lennon as I dug."

It says he found out some interesting things about Lennon as he dug, and then he goes into his analysis about Lennon and McCartney, and how McCartney saved his own ass by using the cover of the album to send coms
