Also genuine question does Kamala look to anyone like she is being handled? To me she looks like she is completely on her own and flopping around.

But to answer the question Kamala is the one slated for replacement. The replacement does have to get confirmed though by both houses and even though I know Rinos can't be trusted it's possible that it will take some time.
